Andrew Bartels & Tony Anderson: "The Fever"

A 2003 short film based on Edith Wharton's short story "Roman Fever." Grace and Andrea are attending their fifth-year college reunion. Grace is recently divorced and Andrea recently widowed. They spend the day together, catching up and visiting old haunts. Finally, they find themselves overlooking the islands. And as the sun sets over the once disease-infested lake, a five year-old secret comes to light.
