mediaevents: November 15: Video Blogging Workshop for Tech Heads with Chuck Olsen

Chuck 200511012014 Olsen is the creator of of Blogumentary, the definitive feature documentary on the origins of the blogging revolution. Blogumentary has opened theatrically and been featured at festivals and media gatherings around the country. Chuck maintains several blogs himself, but his most important recent effort is Minnesota Stories, a portal for personal video stories about the region.

Chuck will be on campus to discuss technical aspects of creating content for and maintaining a video weblog.

Chuck will be a featured guest in CAMS's winter course We Media: The Personal Media Revolution—Videoblogs, Audioglogs, Photoblogs and Personal Publishing. In the winter we will have a public screening of Blogumentary, along with many opportunities for would-be video bloggers to meet Chuck.
